When I watch this video, I think, “They’re doing wasteful things. It’s a loss of time and money.”
You closed shops or schools for a month or so until you restarted. Even if someone who had a coronavirus had entered the facilities before you closed it, and he/she spreaded the virus,  the need to disinfect the inside should be gone.

There was a research result that examined the survival time of coronavirus. Certainly, the surface of the plastic kept its infectivity for 3 or 4 days. Based on the results of that study, if the facility was closed for more than a week, corona virus would have died. Viruses can only survive in living cells.

When a person is charged with responsibility, he / she wants to do various things. In the corona epidemic, professionals want to regulate wareing masks, disinfectants, handwashing, and misunderstand that they are responsible.

A truly capable person is a person who can take measures by simultaneously considering how many people will implement it if it is regulated, and what kind of harm will be done by doing it. .. Unfortunately, there is no such person, politician or official in the current corona-fighting professionals.
